Over 90% of C-SUITE WOMEN have played sport. sport participation helps young female leaders rise, and helps C-suite leaders succeed.
Yet there's almost half a million fewer active women than men.
in fact, there are fewer women than men exercising at every age group.

THE ATLANTIC CHALLENGE
The Atlantic Challenge is an unassisted, 3,000-mile rowing race from La Gomera in the Canary Islands to Antigua in the Caribbean – deemed one of the toughest challenges on earth.
We will be rowing 2 hours on – 2 hours off (24h a day), surviving on ration packs and desalinated water for the duration of the journey.
The conditions and the weather are extreme – facing up to 40ft waves and navigating wildlife and boat capsizes.
